Established in January 2003, Hydra Ball System has swiftly become a pioneering solution in hydraulic balancing technology. Recognized for its innovation and impact, it was honored with The Enterprise Challenge (TEC) award in 2004 by the Prime Minister’s office, underscoring its excellence in product development and technological advancement.

Working

• Micro Controller signals the 3-way motorized valve to open at position 1(POS1
• Cooling water rushes into the Ball Station via WSP
• Forcing the cleaning balls to enter the BSP, into the condenser supply pipe before passing through the condenser
tubes to scour off any fouling deposits along these
• After leaving the condenser tubes, the sponge balls get collected at the Ball Catch along the Condenser Return
Pipe.
• Micro Controller signals 3-way motorized valves to open at position 2 (POS2).
• The cycle is completed when the balls get sucked back into the Ball Station.
• Micro Controller then signals 3-way motorized valves to open at position 3 (POS3) and it is ready for the next
cleaning cycle at the interval of 30 mins
